The Mares Fin Inserts are a preformed shape which help with the following things:

-Making a loose fins tighter by one size
-Add arch support to your current fins
-Add stiffness to your heal area for maximum transfer of energy to the fin blade

The inserts are a one size fits all and to make the correct size, use scissors to cut along the lines provided on the rear side of the insole. The length can be adjusted to three different sizes. The inserts are ideal for women who have trouble finding smaller sizes of fins which fit correctly.
