Description Technical Specs   The CanAm Rough Duty Puck is a puck that is manufactured specifically for very rough bottom/floor pools.  The shape of the puck is the same as the CanAm Uni2, however it is designed different to increase the life of the puck in rough duty applications. The puck utilizes a replaceable Brass slider on both sides which exhibits a very low co-efficient of friction and extreme wear resistance.  The brass allows the puck to slide with ease on the rougher bottoms including concrete/gunite, but is not recommended for shiny glass tile floors/bottoms.   The lead core has been machined to maximize the amount of plastic around the outer rim of the puck to increase life of the puck and the outer coating on the puck is made from a two-part poly urethane which very tough.   The weight of the puck is the same as the regular CanAm Uni2 Puck. The color of the coating has no effect on the softness of the puck. In the end, you get a puck that slides wicked fast, stick-handles and shoots very well on your slow floor/bottom.
