To ensure that all transactions are secure/safe, CanAm uses Paypal exclusively for all online transactions. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may still safely use a credit card to complete your order via paypal secure online payments.

During the checkout procedure, you will be directed to Paypal’s secure site to complete your order.  You will then be brought back to our site for confirmation.  You will be notified of the status of your order from both Paypal (if you have a paypal account) and via our website.

Shipping Policies:

Shipping & Handling is free within North America.

A small $5.00 International handling fee will be applied to shipping locations outside of North America.

***Due to the Size/Weight of Fins and Player Kits, shipping charges will be applied to these items if shipped outside of the U.S.A.***

Shipping Times: Normal Shipping Times to Domestic &  Foreign Countries is 2-4 weeks, but maybe longer due to customs, or courier issues which are out of our control.  We cannot guarantee any shipping times.

Expedited Shipping is available for an additional cost, please contact us if you wish to have an expedited shipping quote given for your upcoming order.

Return Policy:

- Returns are available on un-used products only, if the product has been deemed to have been used, no refund, exchanges or store credit will be available and the item(s) will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

-Accepted returned items for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee

-Snorkels, Mouthpieces, Bite Tabs & Bathing Suits are not returnable.

-Returns for exchanges, item must not be used, and buyer is responsible for shipping to and from CanAm Underwater Hockey Gear.
